If you’ve received an item different than what you’ve purchased (i.e: incorrect color, size, style), please reach out to our customer service team at info@danuary.co within (7) days of delivery to submit a claim. Once the 7-day window has passed, claims for item(s) sent in error will be null and void. DANUARY and its affiliates will not accept incorrect-item(s) claims after (7) days.
